Ask for it. “Change the opening hours on the contact page to 9 to 5.” Oi shows the before and after; you tap Approve.

Give it the point and the tone. Oi drafts the article for you to read, change and publish yourself.

“I don't trust an AI to touch my site.”
It can't. Oi proposes; you approve. It only does what your role in the team can do, and it never touches money, deletes anything or takes your site live.

Edit the words on a page
Changes only words already on the page. Never links, pictures, settings or anything that could break a layout.
Write pages and articles
New pages and article drafts, in your site's own sections and your voice. Always drafts: you publish.
Move an order on
Take an order to its next stage, one step at a time, without sending an email.
Before and after, every time
Each change is shown as a card with the old words beside the new. Approve it or leave it.
Undo
A word change can be undone, once, by the person who asked, for as long as the words are still what Oi wrote.

Add Oi
An Owner adds it on Settings · Plan & add-ons. 50 free changes every month are included.

Click Ask Oi
The button sits bottom-right of every admin screen, and Oi knows which screen you're on.

Say what you want
In your own words. Oi checks what your role allows and shows what it will change.

Approve, or don't
Nothing happens until you tap Approve. You can undo a word change afterwards.
Can Oi publish or delete things?
No. For now Oi makes drafts only, and it never deletes anything, takes your site live, changes domains, or touches money: refunds, prices, discount codes and invoices.
Who can use it?
Anyone on your team except an accountant. Oi does only what that person's role could do in the admin, so Staff can't make it do a Manager's job.
Can others read my conversations?
No. Your threads are yours alone. Not other team members, and not us.
What counts as a request?
Each time you send Oi a message it answers. 50 a month are free and reset on the 1st. If Oi can't answer, the request is given back.
What if I run out?
An Owner tops up with a pack on Settings · Plan & add-ons. Packs are used after your free changes and keep until they're used. The count shows right under Oi's box, with a Top up link when you're down to 10.
What if my site's content tries to give it orders?
Oi treats everything on your site, pages, orders, customers' names and forms, as information, never as instructions. It can only propose, and you approve.
