Their product catalogue lived in a shared Dropbox folder that two people were allowed to edit. Their online store was on Shopify. Customer enquiries came through Gmail. Wholesale quotes were built in Word and emailed as PDFs. Stock was tracked in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusted. Their events — quarterly skin consultations and product launches at the studio — were managed through a mix of Eventbrite and Instagram DMs. Social was scheduled whenever someone had time. Their accountant used Xero but it only connected to Shopify, not the wholesale side. Their three retail staff had no visibility of online orders.
