Do I need to be technical?
No. The admin is written in plain words and built for a phone. If you can write an email, you can build a page. If you get stuck, Get help is on every screen.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Pick a plan and add a card to keep going. If you do nothing, your site stays hidden and nothing is charged. You can still download everything you made.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Pay yearly and you get 12 months for the price of 10.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
Never. Payments go through your own Stripe account and land with you. You pay Stripe's card fees and that's all.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. We show the two records to add, check them for you and switch on https automatically.
Can I leave and take my site with me?
Yes. Settings · Export everything downloads one zip: pages, photos, products, orders, contacts and inbox.
Which currencies, and is tax included?
Plans are priced in AUD, USD, EUR and GBP. Prices don't include tax: Australian businesses add 10% GST, everyone else pays no tax on our side.
