Add-on · Production
Every job, from paid to installed.
A card appears the moment an order is paid, an invoice goes out or a booking is confirmed. Move it across the stages until it's made, delivered and installed. Customers follow along on a page of their own, and purchase orders keep your suppliers honest.

Sound familiar?
The problem, and the fix.
- 01
“Who's making what, and when?”
One board of every job, with the stage each part is at and a flag when one is running late.
- 02
“Customers keep asking where their order is.”
They get a page that shows the stages, the window you told them, your updates and photos, and tracking.
- 03
“The supplier said it would ship last week.”
Purchase orders record what the supplier said, work out when stock really arrives, and move the jobs on that order with it.
What it does
Everything in Production.
Cards make themselves
Paid orders, sent or paid invoices and confirmed bookings start a card by themselves, once each. Nothing to type in.
Stages that fit
Made to order, Install, Ship only, or your own. Each stage has its typical days, whether the customer sees it, and an email to send when a job enters it.
Every part tracked
A card has a unit for every line. Move the whole card, or one unit alone. Installed items skip the install stage on their own.
Dated facts
Every move, day, tracking number and note is kept with who, when and why. The History tab shows them all.
Pipeline, Deliveries, Attention and Map
Drag cards by the handle on the Pipeline, see every order as a delivery with its balance, fix what needs attention, and watch where it's all going on a map. Table, calendar and timeline too.
Flags that matter
Days to go, days late, promise at risk, customer not told, supplier quiet. Needs you today and the morning email carry them.
How it works
From paid to installed.
- 01
Add Production
An Owner adds it on Settings · Plan & add-ons. A Made-to-order pipeline appears the first time anyone opens it.
- 02
Set your stages
Name them, say which the customer sees, and choose which send an email. Managers do this in Production · Pipelines and settings.
- 03
Work the board
Move cards as jobs progress. Delivery and install days, tracking and notes are asked for as a job reaches the stage that needs them.
- 04
Tell the customer
Post an update with up to four photos, and email it when you want them to see it. A new window needs your approval before it reaches them.
Is a card made for every order?
Every paid order, every site invoice once it's sent or paid (as you choose), and bookings if you switch that on. A sale rung up at the counter only gets a card if something is made to order, installed or delivered.
What does the customer see?
Public stages under the names you give them, the window they were told, your updates and photos, and tracking. Never a supplier, our order numbers, or where it's made.
What are purchase orders?
Orders to your suppliers for the jobs' lines. Each shows when it will really arrive, worked out from what the supplier has said, and the jobs on it follow.
How does a supplier get one?
As a PDF by email, and on a link of their own with the English and the Chinese under every word. They confirm a ready-by day there.
Can I book an install before the goods arrive?
No. An install day can't be set before the job can have arrived plus your buffer. If stock slips, the install is flagged to rebook.
Who sees costs and margins?
Managers see and keep costs. A job's margin is the Owner's only.
