Add-on · Statistics

Know how the week really went.

A graph for every part of the business, drawn each week. Most are filled in for you from what already happens on your site, the rest take a minute to type. Everyone sees the same board, so everyone knows where they stand.

Sound familiar?

The problem, and the fix.

  • 01

“I only find out how we did at the end of the month.”

The week closes on a day you choose and the graph is already drawn: sales, visits, enquiries, invoices, bookings and more.

  • 02

    “Nobody keeps the numbers up.”

Most graphs fill themselves in. The ones you type are the owner's alone, and they get a reminder before the week closes.

  • 03

    “A spreadsheet nobody opens.”

One board, in your admin, that your team opens every week. Print any graph, a division or the lot as a PDF.

What it does

Everything in Statistics.

  • Automatic graphs

Visits, enquiries, contacts, shop sales and orders, invoices and quotes, bookings, deals won, follow-ups done, subscribers, Books income and expenses, course enrolments and more. Each says where its figures come from.

  • Divisions

Group graphs into numbered divisions (1 Admin, 2 Sales & Marketing…), each with its own colour. Fold a division away when you don't need it.

  • Typed graphs

For work done outside the system, each graph has an owner who types the week's figure in My stats. A typed figure always wins over the site's, and says so.

  • A scale you set

Pick the lowest and highest on a graph and it never moves, so a rise looks like a rise. Until you do, it fits the figures shown.

  • Trend and average

Switch on a trend line and the average on any graph, and look back by 12 weeks, 24 weeks, a year or by month.

  • Print and share

A graph, a division, the ones you pick or everything, as a PDF or a spreadsheet. Portrait, three to a page.

How it works

Up and running in ten minutes.

  1. 01

    Add Statistics

An Owner adds it on Settings · Plan & add-ons. A starter set of graphs appears the first time anyone opens it.

  2. 02

    Make it yours

Add the graphs you want in one tap, put them in divisions, and set the day and time the week closes (Thursday 2pm to start).

  3. 03

    Give typed graphs an owner

Anyone on the team can have graphs of their own to fill in under My stats.

  4. 04

    Look every week

The board shows the week just closed and the one still going. Set a scale on any graph that needs one.

Who can see the graphs?

Everyone on your team sees every graph and types their own. Managers and Owners can type any and set up the board. Accountants don't see it.

How many graphs can I have?

25 come with Statistics, not counting the starter set. Add 75 more for A$30 a month, or 150 more for A$50, from Settings · Plan & add-ons.

When does a week close?

Thursday 2pm on your site's clock to start. Change the day and time in Settings · Statistics.

Can I type over a figure the site worked out?

Yes. A typed figure always wins and is marked as typed. Clear it and the site's own figure comes back.

What if a figure is missing?

A week with no figure is never drawn as zero. The line joins across it in grey, and a flag sits on the week so whoever owns the graph can fill it in.

Can I get the numbers out?

Yes: a PDF to print, or a CSV for a spreadsheet, for one graph, a division or everything.
