Your account menu and credits
The account menu
Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar (on a phone, More). It opens My Account and, for Owners, My Plan & Apps. Below them are your credits.

Read your credits
Find the line
One line each for AI chat replies, translation words, AI bill reads and Oi requests, for the add-ons your site has.
None bought
Nothing was ever bought and nothing's included. It's a quiet note, not a warning.
Low or used up
A number in amber is running low; red is used up. One reminder explains and, for Owners, links to buy more.
Who sees what
Managers and Owners see the numbers. Staff and accountants see the links only. Only Owners can buy.

What counts as low?
20 replies, 500 words, 20 bill reads or 10 Oi requests.
Do included allowances show?
Yes, as “left · included this month”.
