Statistics: how the board works

What Statistics is

Weekly graphs of how the business is doing, in one board. Most are filled in for you from your shop, invoices, bookings, deals and books. The rest you type. Everyone on the team sees every graph.

The week

A week closes on a day and time you choose, Thursday 2pm to start, on your site's clock. The board shows the weeks that have closed and the one still going, dashed and hollow.

Read the board

  1. Pick a range

12 or 24 weeks, a year, or by month. Use Earlier and Later to page back.

  2. Open a division

Divisions fold away. The coloured strip at the left is the division's colour.

  3. Open a graph

Tap a graph for its own screen: the figures week by week, where they come from, and its scale.

Questions

Why is a week hollow and dashed?

It hasn't closed yet. It's counted so far and frozen when the week ends.

Why is there a flag on the baseline?

A week after the last figure has nothing yet. The flag links to where its owner can type it.
