Production: the pipeline and deliveries
Where cards come from
A card is made for every paid order, every site invoice once sent or paid (as Settings says), and confirmed bookings if you switch that on. One card for each source, a unit for each line. Digital lines are left out.

Work a job
Open Production
From the nav. Switch between Pipeline, Deliveries, Attention, Table, Calendar and Timeline.
Move a card
Drag it by its handle. Moving forward brings every part up to that stage; moving back moves only the slowest.
Move one part
Open the job and move a single unit on its own.
Fill in what's asked
A stage can ask for tracking, a delivery day or an install day as the job reaches it.
Flags
Days to go, days late, promise at risk, customer not told, supplier quiet and install needs rebooking show on the card, the table, the job and Home.
Deliveries, Attention and the Map
Deliveries lists every order as a delivery: its status, a timeline bar, and the balance owing from its invoice (Managers and Owners only). Attention lists what needs fixing, such as a missing address or phone, with a chip to fix it on the spot. The Map shows where each delivery is going; paste a Google Maps link on the invoice or the job to place it. Other people's changes appear within about 30 seconds.
