Pipelines
Pick a template: Made to order, Install, Ship only, or your own. A pipeline takes jobs by product category, booking service or invoice, else it's the default.

Stages
Each stage has typical days, Public (with the customer's name for it) or Internal, whether it emails the customer on entering, and whether it needs tracking, a delivery day or an install day. The last stage is finished.
The promise
A job's promised window is set once, when it's made, from the longest lead time on it or the pipeline's typical days, plus your window. It's never edited; a new expected window is set with a reason.
