Their page
Each job has a page for the customer at its own link, and their account shows Your order's progress. It shows public stages, the window they were told, your updates and photos, and tracking. Never a supplier, an internal number or where it's made.

Keep them in the loop
Post an update
Add words and up to four photos. Tick Email it to the customer to make it public.
Change a window
Set a new expected window with a reason. The customer still sees what they were told.
Tell them
The job offers a drafted email in each of your site's languages. Send it when you're happy and their page changes too.
Their questions
Ask us a question on their page goes to your Inbox with the job named and linked.
