Build a form
A form is how people write to you from your site: a contact form, an enquiry, a newsletter signup. What they send lands in your Inbox.

Open Content, then Forms
On a computer, choose Content in the sidebar, then the Forms tab. On a phone, tap More, then Content, then Forms.
Add the form
Tap Add form, give it a name only you will see (Contact, Enquiry, Newsletter) and tap Create form.
Set up the fields
Tap a field to open it. Give it a Label, choose its Type, add Help text if it needs it, and turn on Required if they can't send without answering. Types are Short text, Long text, Email, Phone, Single choice, Date and File upload.
Add, move or remove fields
Tap + Add field and pick a type. Drag the handle to reorder, or use the ⋮ menu for Move up, Move down and Delete field.
Decide what happens when they send it
Under When they send it, set the Button text and the Message after sending, which replaces the form on the page. Curly brackets pull in their answers, like {name}.
Reply straight away, if you like
Turn on Reply to them straight away to email them the moment they send it, with your own Subject and Message. The form needs an Email field for this.
Put the form on a page
Open the page under Content, Pages, tap + Add section and choose Form. Then pick it under Which form.
Good to know
- Changes save a moment after you make them. Watch for ✓ Saved at the top.
- Also create a contact adds anyone who sends it with an email address to Contacts. Leave it off for a newsletter signup.
- To use a form as the newsletter in your footer, choose it in Settings · Footer.
- Delete this form, at the bottom, leaves pages that showed it blank there. Everything already sent stays in your Inbox.
