Add a product
Add each thing you sell with its photos, price and how it's made. A new product starts hidden, so you can finish it before anyone sees it.
The shop is an add-on. If you can't see Orders or Products, an Owner can add it under Settings · Plan, in Add to your plan.

Open Products
On a computer, choose Products in the sidebar. On a phone, tap Products in the bar at the bottom.
Add the product
Tap Add product, type the Product name, pick a Category if you have any, and tap Create product.
Add photos
Tap Add photo, or drag photos onto it on a computer. Up to 12. Drag to reorder: the first is the main one, and the second shows when someone hovers on a computer.
Set the price
Fill in Price. Add a Sale price to show the old price struck through.
Say how it's made
Under How it's made, choose Ready to ship (with How many do you have? if you count stock), Made to order (with how long it takes) or One only. Set Type to Digital for a download or voucher.
Options, if it has them
Turn on This product has options for sizes or colours. Two options is the limit. Tap a combination to give it its own price, code and stock.
Choose availability
Pick For sale, Sold, Sold out, Enquire only or Coming soon. For sale also asks How they buy it: Add to cart, Email quote, or Both.
Show it on your site
Write the Description, then turn on Visible on site. What customers see shows you how it will look.
Good to know
- Everything saves as you type. Watch for ✓ Saved at the top.
- Add to cart only shows once payments are set up (see Connect Stripe). Email quote and Enquire only need an enquiry form chosen in Settings · Enquiries.
- Under Details, Weight is used by weight-based shipping rates. Ships free and Oversized change how shipping treats this one product.
- Ready-to-ship products come off sale on their own when stock runs out.
