Shipping zones
Zones are the places you send to, and each has rates the customer picks from at checkout. With no zones, delivery is free everywhere.
The shop is an add-on. If you can't see Orders or Products, an Owner can add it under Settings · Plan, in Add to your plan.

Add a zone
Tap + Add a zone. Give it a Zone name (only you see it), then use Find a country to tick the Places it covers. Or turn on Every other country to catch anywhere no zone above it matched.
Add rates
Tap Add a rate. Choose Post or courier, Pick up or Local delivery. Give it a Name they see, a Price and a Delivery estimate. Local delivery also needs the postcodes you deliver to.
Add limits, if you need them
Only for some order totals is how free shipping over an amount is made. Only for some weights uses each product's weight. Takes oversized items lets this rate carry products marked Oversized.
Put zones in order
An address matches the first zone it falls into, so keep the specific ones near the top. Use the arrows to move a zone.

Good to know
- Quote individually takes no payment at checkout. Their details come through to your Inbox as an enquiry so you can price the postage. It needs an enquiry form chosen in Settings · Enquiries.
- A product can opt out: Ships free and Oversized sit in its Details section.
- Digital products skip shipping and never ask for an address.
- If a zone can't cover some orders, a note under it says so.
