Give a customer a refund

You can refund all of an order or part of it. The money goes back through your own Stripe to the card they paid with, and the order only changes once Stripe says yes.

Staff can't refund. The shop is an add-on. If you can't see Orders or Products, an Owner can add it under Settings · Plan, in Add to your plan.

Good to know

  • It usually shows on their card within 5–10 business days.
  • After a part refund, you can refund more later, up to the total paid.
  • An order paid on the test page says Test payment — no real money moved. Refunding it changes the order, and no money moves.
