Activity: who changed what
Activity is a list of everything your team changed on the site, and who changed it: pages, products, orders, settings, the team and more. It's handy when something looks different and you want to know why.
Who can see it: Owners and Managers.

Open Activity
On a computer, choose Activity in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More, then Activity.
Read the list
The newest changes are at the top. Each line says who did what, and when, like moved order 1041 to Shipped.
Go to the thing that changed
Tap a line to open what it's about, when there's somewhere to go.
See older changes
The list shows 100 at a time. Tap Show older at the bottom for the next lot.
Good to know
- A run of edits to one thing by one person within half an hour shows as one line, so a busy afternoon on a page doesn't fill the list.
- Changes we make for you show as output/input.
- When you remove someone from the team, what they did stays in Activity.
- Staff don't see Activity.
