Export everything
Export everything gives you one download with your products, orders, contacts, pages, articles and every photo, as ordinary files anyone can open. It's your work, and you can take it with you whenever you like.

Open Settings, then Export everything
On a computer, choose Settings in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More, then Settings. Export everything is under With us.
Start the download
Tap Start the download. It takes a few minutes, and we email you the link.
Open the link from your email
The link works for 7 days, and only for you, signed in as an Owner of the site. If you don't use an authenticator app yet, you'll be asked to set one up first.
Open the files
You get one .zip file. The spreadsheets (products, orders, order items, contacts and inbox) are .csv and open in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. Pages are .json, articles are .md, and photos and files sent through your forms are as they were uploaded.
Questions
The link says it has run out.
Links last 7 days. Go back to Export everything and tap Start the download for a fresh one.
Can someone else use the link if I forward the email?
No. Opening it also needs you signed in as an Owner, so a forwarded email alone opens nothing.
Is there a limit?
You can ask for a few downloads a day. If you've asked several times, use the link already in your email, or try again tomorrow.
