Your plan, add-ons and invoices

Settings, then Plan is your arrangement with us: the plan your site is on and what it costs, what you're using, the add-ons you can switch on, and how you pay. Your card is held by Stripe, never by us.

  1. Open Settings, then Plan

On a computer, choose Settings in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More, then Settings. Plan is under With us.

  2. Check your plan

Your arrangement with us shows your plan's name and price. Before you pay, choose the Currency (AUD, USD, EUR or GBP, where your plan offers them) and how you're Billed: Monthly, or Yearly · 2 months free, which is ten months' price for the year.

  3. See what you're using

What you are using shows photos and files, products, people who can log in, and visits this month against your plan. Getting close doesn't stop anything. We'll let you know before it matters.

  4. Add or take off an add-on

Under Add to your plan, tap Add, Take off, or Ask us. Added today, the part month goes on your next bill. Something else in mind? Tell us in the box and tap Send.

  5. Set up payment

Under Paying for it, choose Where is your business? Australia adds 10% GST to each bill; outside Australia, no tax is added. Tap Set up payment and add your card on Stripe's own page.

  6. Change your card or get invoices

Once you're paying, tap Card and invoices. Stripe's page opens, where you can change the card and download invoices.

Questions

How does the free trial work?

You can try o/i for 14 days without a card. A banner shows the days left, with Choose a plan. You can build everything during the trial; the site goes live once your plan is paid for. If the trial ends first, your work is all still here.

How do I move to a different plan?

Plans (Start, Grow, Scale and Enterprise) are set by us, so ask us and we'll change it.

A payment didn't go through.

Settings, then Plan says so. Nothing stops. Stripe tries again, or tap Update your card.
