Google Analytics and the Meta pixel
o/i adds Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to your site from their IDs. You never paste code: you type the ID and o/i writes Google's and Meta's own snippets for you. They only count visits once your site is live, and if your cookie notice is on, only for visitors who tap Accept.

Open Settings, then Analytics
On a computer, choose Settings in the sidebar. On a phone, tap More, then Settings. Analytics is under Your site.
Add your Google Analytics ID
Under Google Analytics, type your GA4 measurement ID. It looks like G-XXXXXXXXXX. In Google Analytics you'll find it under Admin, Data streams, then your site.
Add your Meta pixel ID
Under Meta pixel, type the pixel ID from Meta Events Manager. It's a long number. It lets Facebook and Instagram ads see who visits.
Save
Tap Save in the bar at the bottom. If an ID doesn't look right, the field is outlined and tells you what it should look like.
Check When they load
This card tells you whether the cookie notice is holding them back until Accept, or loading them for everyone, and whether your site is live yet.
Questions
I pasted the whole snippet Google gave me. Is that a problem?
No. The ID is picked out of it when you save, and nothing else from it is used.
Why isn't Google Analytics counting anything?
Nothing is counted until your site is launched. With the cookie notice on, visitors who tap Decline, or haven't answered yet, aren't counted either.
Can I add other tracking code?
Settings, then Custom code takes other code (owners only), but it isn't held back by the cookie notice. Use Analytics for Google and Meta.
