Sign in with your emailed code

o/i has no passwords. Each time you sign in, we email you a six-digit code and you type it in.

Sign-in is invite-only. You can sign in once an Owner of a site has added you to its team, or once you've started a free trial of your own.

3 minutesWorks on a phone

  1. Open the sign-in screen

    Go to admin.outputinput.co in any browser, on a computer or a phone. You'll see Sign in.

  2. Type your email, then tap Send code

    Use the address you were invited with.

  3. Find the code in your inbox

    The email's subject starts with the code. It works for ten minutes. Nothing there? Check your spam folder and the address you typed. You can ask for a new code once a minute; ask sooner and the code already sent still works.

  4. Type the code, then tap Sign in

    Six digits, no spaces. If the code didn't work, check it, or go back and send a new one.

  5. Type your app's code, if you use one

    If you've set up an authenticator app, the next screen, One more code, asks for the six digits it shows. Phone not handy? Tap Use a recovery code instead and type one of the ten codes you saved.

  6. Choose your site

    If you're on more than one site, Your sites lists them: tap the one to work in. With one site you go straight to Home.

Good to know

  • Signing in lasts 30 days, and renews each time you use the admin.
  • Typed the wrong address? Tap Use a different email.
  • An email that isn't on any team gets the same screen but no code, so nobody can use the form to find out who works where.
  • To sign out, open Your account (your name at the bottom of the sidebar on a computer, or More on a phone) and tap Sign out.

Questions

Do I need an authenticator app?

It's optional. It adds a second code, from an app on your phone, on top of the emailed one, and anyone can turn it on from Your account, under Signing in. Owners are asked to set it up the first time they open payment keys, the domain, custom code or the team.

I've lost my phone and my recovery codes

An Owner of your site can reset your authenticator app from Team. If you are the only Owner, contact us.

Can I see where I'm signed in?

Yes. Your account lists every phone and computer under Where you're signed in. Sign out everywhere else signs them all out and keeps you signed in where you are.
