Customer accounts and Track my order
Customer accounts let people sign in on your site to see their orders, saved addresses and waiting list. They sign in with a code emailed to them. No passwords, so nothing to reset. Track my order needs no account at all: an order number and email show where their parcel is.
Customer accounts come with the shop (or the Help centre). The shop is an add-on. If you can't see Orders or Products, an Owner can add it under Settings · Plan, in Add to your plan.

Good to know
- Track my order is always on, at /track on your site. Once payments are set up, it's linked in your footer and from the page they see after paying.
- Each stage you move an order to shows on Track my order, with the tracking link when you've added one.
- Nobody has to sign in to buy. Turning accounts off leaves guest checkout and Track my order as they are.
- Too many wrong codes and the customer waits a couple of minutes before trying again.
